Sports & Fitness

Our athletics program boasts a wonderful balance of skill building and competitive play that is appropriate for all children, athletic or not. All of our campers participate in one team sport each day and many campers sign up for additional clinics, games, and competitive teams. Pine Forest's strong athletics program is led by college level players, high school and college coaches, and physical education teachers. With these great counselors in place we have the unique opportunity to teach not only sports, but important life skills such as teamwork, cooperation, learning how to win and lose, and having fun!

Fitness is booming at PFC with great programs such as yoga, gymnastics, weight training, cardio training, and more.
